Terms of Service

Welcome to seemydrive.com ("seemydrive", "we", "us", or "our"), a cloud storage service operated by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor based in [YOUR CITY, STATE], India. By registering for or using seemydrive (the "Service"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by Indian law — see Section 14.

2. Service Description

seemydrive provides paid cloud storage plans (100GB, 250GB, 500GB, and 1TB annual tiers). Your files are stored using secure third-party data-center infrastructure; seemydrive manages your account, quota, billing, and access on top of that infrastructure. We do not access the contents of your files except where required for support you request, legal compliance, or security investigation.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must: (a) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) provide accurate registration information; and (c) use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [SUPPORT EMAIL] of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

5. Plans, Billing & Payment

  • Plans are billed annually, in advance, via Razorpay. Prices ($5 / $11 / $20 / $36 per year for 100GB / 250GB / 500GB / 1TB respectively) are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Plans do not auto-renew unless we explicitly introduce and disclose an auto-renewal option in the future. You are responsible for renewing before your plan expires to avoid suspension (see Section 8).
  • We reserve the right to change plan pricing for future billing periods. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • All sales are final — see our Refund Policy.

6. Storage Quotas & Fair Use

Each plan has a fixed storage quota. You may not exceed the quota you have paid for. We enforce quotas at upload time and periodically reconcile actual usage; uploads that would exceed your quota will be rejected. The Service may not be used to host or stream public media at scale, for bulk hotlinking, or in any way that degrades the Service for other users ("fair use"). We reserve the right to review and act on accounts that abuse fair use, including throttling or suspension.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to store or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or that violates any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including malware or other malicious content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Renewal, Expiry, Suspension & Deletion

  • If your plan is not renewed by its expiry date, your account enters a grace period during which access to storage operations is paused.
  • If not renewed before the end of the grace period, your account will be suspended.
  • We strongly recommend renewing promptly after expiry: our upstream storage infrastructure provider may independently delete data that remains unrenewed for an extended period, and we cannot guarantee recovery of data lost through non-renewal.
  • You may request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL].

9. Service Availability

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure outside our direct control. While we work to ensure reliable access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages, delays, or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the files you store using the Service. We claim no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seemydrive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service, except where such loss is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including the Prohibited Use section. You may cancel your account at any time; see our Refund Policy for what happens to any unused portion of a paid plan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY], India.
